Hi, I have an O2 business account and currently have no access to data in Spain even though my device is roaming. Please can you help?

Some things to try:
1 - Reboot phone. (or toggle airplane mode).
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Turn off 5g and try 4g or turn off 4g and try 3g.
5 - Check data roaming is turned on.
6 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.
