Returns Reference Number

Hi,

I am returning a phone I ordered online with O2.

Royal mail is asking for my O2 Returns Reference Number.

I want to be sure that the Returns Reference Number is the same as the Tracking reference seen in the return form that O2 has emailed to me?

Any clarification would be appreciated thank you.
