I left a message here yesterday but cannot find it.

My Esim is still not working, I have no idea what to do with my phone, as I cannot make a call as my phone has no sim, yet the long number I have entered in the phone says it is either wrong or has been used. 

 

This is the worst phone set up I hae ever had to do, I am beyond frustrated. 

 

Guessing I am going to have to make a special trip out tomorrow to get someone to look at this? 

Spend hundreds of pound on an item and get zero support, not happy at all.

That thread was from last. 

My question above is a completely different one, I am on my way to the O2 shop now as this is not going to be resolved any other way.
