Hi.
I have received a new phone and it is the wrong colour. I have spent a couple of hours going around in circles on your website trying to contact you as I have 14 days to exchange it.
Your phone line ends the call after jumping through a load of hoops and I am unable to get through to an online chat.
Obviously I am extremely frustrated and the next step will be to terminate the new contract, which I have no doubt will be almost impossible to do.
Can you please advise on how you send me a return sticker or Jiffy bag.
