Replacement lost sim

Hello so I received a new sim and I lost the one I had. I put it in my phone and it wasn’t working. I called 02 and they did a sim swap over the phone now 2 hours later I have network bars, no 5g and it keeps saying calls faild anyone know how long I wil have to wait as I need to use my phone

There is very possibly still an account bar from when the sim was reported lost

I think you should call them again

It can take upto 24hrs, but most are completed in a lot less than that
