Regarding my new ordered device confirmation

I ordered my samsung galaxy S21 ultra 5g a week before but I haven't received any update on the device and no mail or call back from the O2 customer care services can any one solve my problem. Thank you.

You'll need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

The S21 range doesn't get released until the 29th January.

If your order was accepted you won't here anything else until you get your dispatch email, probably the day before in the 28th.
