I have just upgraded to the Samsung S22 Ultra, and arranged a tariff reduction for my Samsung S20+ 5G, which I have 14 days to return.
After ordering my new phone I was informed it was out of stock.
What happens with my tariff reduction if my newphone does not arrive within 14 days as I can't return my old phone until I have the new phone?

The 14 day period is the guarantee of the trade in value offered.
If received after 14 days the device value will be reassessed.
