Air Pods not working

Hi

I've got a pair of Air Pods through O2 and they worked fine (had them since June) until today. Now, only the right pod works and the left is completely dead regardless of both pod and case charge status. How do I contact O2 to work out getting them repaired or replaced? This website is baffling me.

O2 repairs here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/device-repairs

Or contact Apple directly which may give better results https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
