Posting on here to see if anyone can help me I'm getting really poor signal in my area I've tried the different tiara tech team and don't get anywhere they all say network is working fine well I really do disagree with this as in my area my phone only gets one bar signal or it says o2 network not available I loose calls all the time drop calls I've got a note 20 ultra5g and my brother has galaxy 25 and its the same thing in this area wondering if it is worthwhile changing network carrier. ? If anyone can help it would be appreciated regards Derek

@D72

Try PAYG sims from other networks to see who performs best for you.
