When I’m on calls it starts to make me sound like I’m underwater or like a robot or squawks in the listeners ear!!!

Its random and to various different callers. It’s doesn’t always with the same person every time. Only randomly! Some days it happens more frequently than other days! It happens at various locations, like at my desk, out walking, out driving.

I use calls a lot with my working day.

First thing is to check you have no network issues, @Query3 - take a look at Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? and see if any of these help. Come back here if nothing in there seems to help. Good luck!

@Query3

I'd start with getting a new sim card and go from there.

Any O2 store will provide you with a new sim free of charge.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
