I'm still working on this, however i believe this service is no longer available.

 

The terms can still be seen HERE

 

However http://www.protect.o2.co.uk/ is no longer valid.

 

Once confirmed i'll let you know if/when these pages are changed.

-No there is no other mention anywhere, even in the bolt on t&c's

I thought maybe insurance or security

I doubt customer service even know
