I live in an area with virtually no mobile signal from any of the providers despite being a large town in Kent, so I have to rely on wifi calling when at home. Now that O2 have finally added SMS to their wifi calling, I have switched back to them with a new Samsung Galaxy S22.
Unfortunately, I'm having problems with the wifi calling. Calls frequently drop out and can't be reconnected for ages. I get missed call notifications when my phone hasn't rung at all. When I leave the house, I usually have to restart the phone to get it to connect to the mobile network, otherwise it just stays on "No service".
I've set the phone up with the same settings as my old S10 on EE (which never had these problems), except this phone is set for 5G instead of LTE/4G. It's set the same as my wife's EE S22 which also doesn't have any of these problems.
Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? I'm seriously regretting my move back to O2 at the moment.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
