Hi
just got an Apple Watch and can’t activate mobile data
im trying to do it through the watch app , it said it had gone through but then was then just saying activating for 12 days , finally got through to o2 and they cancelled that plan and I’m now trying to get a new plan through the app but keep getting an o2 message saying error 91
am I doing something wrong , do I need to activate the esim on the watch ?
can anyone help please

Make sure you have the latest firmware updates on both phone and watch.

Try a sim swap as described at this link. I had the same problem and this resolved it.
