Solved: Private numbers

Don't no if this goes here so I got a call from a private number on Tuesday im waiting on a call from my daughters health visitor and it comes up private number when I looked at my history it saying it was blocked using the google pixel 7 pro any help much appreciate thank you

Phone app settings >caller ID and spam >turn off filter spam calls.
