Hi, I have just received a phone call saying there was a problem with my sim card following the merger of o2 and virgin. I felt uncomfortable with how this was going so I hung up and decided to contact yourselves this way as I feel better knowing its coming from a legitimate source could you please tell me if this was a scam? Or if I do need to speak to someone about this.

Thanks

@SarahJayne You can block the number that called you, or any number you think may be suspicious.
