How long does it take to port my number, I've had my new sim since friday. I gave my pac code, very frustrating, 1hr wait on the phone also

If the port in request has been accepted you would receive a text from O2 with a changeover date.

If you have not been told, you need to chase it up with O2.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

@Damien2JCampbel These things never happen over the weekend or on bank holidays. So, it’ll happen tomorrow at the earliest, or possibly on Tuesday.
