@Bex9

There has been a lot of storm damage to transmitters since the storm on Friday.

It is possible that your nearest mast is still working but having to cope with diverted traffic from other nearby damaged masts.

O2 don't give timescales for repairs so all you can do is report it as per the app I posted you to above and you will get updates through that.

You need to report it through the MyNetwork app https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

You can also get updates here O2 Service Status

Thank you, I keep trying this but it keeps saying it is just busy network which is not possible given there is no network coverage in the area now and they state report by the link below but then no link given. Getting a bit tired of the whole thing to be honest, wouldnt think it would take much to send an update.

Thank you for your help

Hi
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
