we have , for last 4 months or so had virtually no indoor signal ( previously excellent ). Outdoor signal is patchy . After initially being told there was no issue , a problem was admitted , and eventually was said to be fixed. Our signal never improved and we now want to do something positive to fix it. My wife and I both have long standing O2 accounts, dating back to BT days. Thanks , Steve and Caron Gay.
