Poor Internet signal

I have noticed over recent months that the signal quality in my area has been getting worse.  However the last couple of weeks it has been a joke! My phone shows it has 4G but I can’t use any apps or get on the internet! Unless I am connected to wifi nothing works! I just checked my bill and I have used 4.6gb of 5gb this month which I think proves just how poor it is! This isn’t just one area either it’s the town I live and the same in the area I work.  At the moment I don’t feel like I should be paying my bill when I’m not being provided the service I’m paying for. 
This also isn’t just me my partner has had similar issues and people I work with using o2!

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? 

Get everyone you know on O2 to get the My Network App and register. From there they will be able to check and report Network faults and get updates.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
