Morning - can you please help me with an issue I am having on my account. I am attempting to port from Lebara back to o2 as the reception with them wasn't that good.
The port should have gone through yesterday. I lost my service, however, when I switch my phone off and on, it says that the SIM is not provisioned.
I have spoken with CS three times now on the phone, but they don't seem to be able to do anything. I have seen from other posts on here that you guys can work wonders. Can you please help me?
At the moment, it says that I have full reception - but no o2. It also won't let me register to the o2 network manually. I have tried a network reset too and have switched my phone off and on about 50 times now over the past day or two with no luck.
I appreciate any help. Thanks.
