Hi - I had a Samsung phone Model no.GT-55570 Android version 2.3.6 Build no. GINGERBREAD. XWKTZ S/N : [Removed] IMEI : [Removed]
I got it new as a present from a friend who had got an extra handset when she bought her phone. So the box had not been opened.
I connected it myself to Giffgaff as I didn't want to be tied to a contract.
I now want to set up a new phone but don't have the 5 digit pin written or stored anywhere.
Can you locate this number please?
Best regards
Helen Rotherforth

As the phone is 12 years old, you will have to use an o2 Sim card in it, and make some calls before it can be unlocked by o2. Buy a PAYG Sim and top up £10 and make some calls.
Then you will need to contact o2 from that Sim on 4445
Note: That phone will have hardly any apps available as it is on Android 2.2 or 2.3 which is 12 versions of Android All, and all support has been stopped on it .
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Not quite sure which PIN you are referring to.
Is it to use the phone with a network other than O2?
