Phone switch

I’ve joined O2 from EE (cowboys) and just switched my number using the PAC - my old number hasn’t changed when should this happen?

Usually the next day, but you will get a text from o2 to say when your number will be moved. 

If you havent give customer services a call on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 and they can advise further.
