Ive had my Sony experia for a couple of weeks and yesterday, I went to get it from the charger and it wouldn't switch on properly. It just had a pale grey screen with 3 dots moving across it. I tried to reset it by pressing and holding volume down and on/off until. It vibrated 3 times but nothing happened, just reverted back to the grey screen.... I'm currently in Italy for 2 weeks so can't go to a store for help and can't seem to find where to access tech support on line.
Any help appreciated!
