my phone [removed] was blocked [by request, as a caution] on 3rd July and unblocked later the same day 3rd July I was told that the service would not be normal for 24 hours after that - approx 18.00 on 4th July
This morning I have been unable to receive text messages from my bank and unable to make calls. Is there a procedure I have not carried out?

You can try rebooting your phone @Joy21 but if your phone is not working then you might need to contact customer services again.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
