Phone not accepting international calls

We have been in the US for around 4 weeks and for the past two my phone has stopped placing or receiving calls. It does this even when I switch handsets and try to manually change US networks. Roaming is on - my last bill was £380.

I have tried calling three times now without a solution. Each time O2 say someone will call me back on an alternative number and nobody does.

Please can someone help? I need my phone for work and am at risk of losing my job without it.

My number is xxxxxxxxxxxx.

You should remove your phone number as the forum is public.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Just check that VoLTE (4G Calling) is still active on your phone. You can't make calls in the USA without it

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
