New phone not holding charge for the whole day. Gets hot after a long phone call. Can’t find tne place to report it in support

Just a note you should  get a replacement phone if you have had the phone under 30 days.

It will be a repair otherwise.

I reported the fault within 30 days. They are so

incompetant they haven’t managed to arrange for the courier to notify me they were arriving so the phone could be reset . Three weeks down the line they are saying “ it’s over 30 days”. What a complete joke of a company

That link is useless.O2 want to

do a swap not a return . They couldn’t organise a pi** up in a brewery
