I’m cancelling my contract. They are incompetent

I reported the fault within 30 days. They are so
incompetant they haven’t managed to arrange for the courier to notify me they were arriving so the phone could be reset . Three weeks down the line they are saying “ it’s over 30 days”. What a complete joke of a company
