My elderly father has been without a phone since 25/10/23
O2 blocked this it has been sent away to Samsung and they confirmed they cannot do anything as this is blocked.
We have have been into the store 5 times tried 3 different SIM cards but does not work
O2 suggested that they had lifted the the barr on the IMEI but 2 days later still not connecting to the network.
We have spent hours on the phone to O2 trying to replace the device but they do not have any in stock and cannot tell us when it will be available.
My elderly father's phone is his life line! This is causing so much stress!

You could buy a cheap phone off Amazon to see him through until his gets sorted.
