Hi,
I recently asked for the data plan for my apple watch to be stopped, yesterday without warning my phone service including 4g, calls and text messages just stopped working on my phone without warning. I've contacted O2 and they say they have not accidentally cancelled my phone plan also but everyone else in my home on O2 still has service (I have 3 other people), I've no issues within my local area, wifi calling is still working but no matter what I do I cannot get 4g or calls to work on my phone.
I've reset my network connections and tried speaking to O2 but all they will do is raise a tech request which could take 3-7 days for them to even start to look at. It just seems too coincidental that at the time my data plan was due to be stopped my phone has suddenly stopped working. Any ideas on here as to what the issue could be as O2 are swearing they haven't done anything.

Other than your assumptions, the other possibilities are a failed sim or phone.
If you can pop into your local O2 store with photo ID, they will check both for you.

I would lay this squarely at O2's door
Some numpty has disconnected your phone
