All of my incoming phone calls have started popping up as No Caller ID

I got a sim swap done a few weeks back and since then it has stopped working.

Around november 2024 I had a similar problem and customer support have added a bolton called CLI Presentation Facility to my account and it fixed the problem.

After contacting customer service a lot of times they said the problem was sorted (it wasn’t) and they can’t do much, they also can’t or won’t add CLI presentation back,

Im lost for options, any help is appreciated.

Hi - just wanted to see if you got an answer here at all. I have the exact same issue and o2 has provided absolutely 0 help. I'm thinking the answer is just to port to a new telco.
