Payment sim in tracker

I have a payg sim in a vehicle tracker. It keeps replying to commands with the same response repeatedly.  Does anyone know what my problem is.  Thanks. Steve

What tariff are you on. Some require a voice call every 90 days, difficult in a tracker

Thanks for answering . Classic Pay As You Go. I’ve never had to do a voice call in all the years I’ve had it. It does appear to be replying but several times with the same answer.
