How can I pay a final bill online if my o2 account no longer exists? I am unable to call and pay the final bill as I am now living abroad. Why has my account been deleted?

Once you close the account it also deletes your My O2
To pay you will have to call the freephone number
This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
