Pac code number transfer

Hi there! I have recently upgraded my phone and changed network from EE to O2. When i ordered the phone i entered the pac code to keep my old number. I did this on friday night, when can i expect my number to transfer to the new phone? Thanks! Beth

The earliest would be tomorrow, but if you didn't get a message back giving you a date, then the form may have failed. 

I would recommend either completing the form again, or calling o2 on 202 from the o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone and giving the advisor the code over the phone
