When i was switched from Virgin Mobile to O2 I used to have a pin to log in on my mobile phone on app, but now i can only access my O2 through user name and password. Can i change this to use the pin?

You can use fingerprint, PIN or face recognition depending on type of phone you have.

Options are in the app settings.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
