PAYG - can't make/receive calls

Hello people.
Two PAYG sims, one on old 'classic' tarrif, one on the new 'big bundle'.

(Both have credit)

Currently abroad.

Since yesterday (that I noticed)
I can receive SMS, but not send (not delivered)

Cannot phone out (call failed)

Calling the number from another mobile or a landline appears to either ring or go to voicemail (on the calling phone)

No alert, no ring, no notification, no connection on the receiving PAYG phone.

Although I do get an SMS if a voicemail is left.

Voicemail however, is unavailable (call failed).

Tried so far

Called to/from different mobiles and landlines.

Changed network.

Reset phone.

Swap sim to a known working phone (my pay monthly O2),

Spent an hour on call to customer service who assure me that there are no network problems and no blocks on either sim.

Other than frisbeeing them out the window - any suggestions?

Actually, today - cannot send SMS either.

Still able to receive, but that's it.

@Sen-Baz

How long have you been abroad for and are you in EU?

Less than a month, and in EU - what difference would that make anyway?

Fair use only mentions an extra charge, not completely blocking calls...

It was just a thought @Sen-Baz which obviously doesn't apply in your case.

I can't think of anything else that you haven't checked already, sorry, unless it's just a temporary roaming issue which may resolve itself.

Thanks for trying matey - I just don't get it...

My O2 monthly phone works fine, same type of phone, same network (although I tried all 3 available ones)

@Sen-Baz

It is strange for sure.

I would try O2 again to recheck your accounts.
