Hi,

I am shortly joining O2 as a Virgin Media customer. My SIM has been ordered and is on the way. I want to port over my existing number rather than switch to the one that has already been assigned to me by O2. What's the most efficient process for this please? I have PAC from Virgin Mobile who I am switching from.
