I’ve just changed my contract package and ordered an eSIM in error as my phone is incompatible - what should I do?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Was it an upgrade?

Does your present SIM work so you can swap it over for now.

Otherwise your best bet would be to call into an O2 store with photo ID and they will issue a plastic one.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
