Hi I placed an order online for a contract iPhone.
I received all the contract info and an email to say you are processing my order and give me an order number
£30 was taken
It's been over a week or so now
I have heard nothing
I have received no phone
The money has been still taken
When I go to my O2 it says I have nothing placed
Can someone please advice me on this
How long do I wait to know if the phone is coming or I have been accepted or not

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
