O2 roaming

Hello

My esim won’t let me select alternative networks to roam on.

I get a message saying UK O2 not available but no list of available networks, the washing machine icon just goes round.

Usually you would expect it to select one automatically (other providers manage this better ) but sometimes you have to tick the box so that it gives you a list after a minute or so, but this hasn’t worked for the last week.

Ive reset the iPhone but to no avail please help.

Not seen that with an eSim, mine have roamed in many countries, and I always select a network manually.  Although I have seen this with a physical sim, and it turned out to be failed simcard.

I would reach out o2 if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call via Skype on +44 800 081 0255 and select the customer services option, they can also check for any bars.
