Hi I have been trying to get on to my o2 bill app so I can sort out a bolt on for my phone and see how much my bill is. I have not been able to get on this app at all and I do not understand why this is happening I need this to work so I can pay my bill.

The App is broke. Most common complaint on here
If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
You can call O2 on 202
Or use the social media links below
