Hi,

I am unable to log in into my o2 account. It says I have to wait 48 hours for approval.

Thanks

O2 have transferred people to a new billing system and unfortunately there is a problem which is affecting hundreds of customers with My O2.

Currently you have two options:

1.You need another new email address to register a separate My O2

2. Or you can request O2 to release the original email from the original account, and this can then be added to the migrated 360 account (this can take up to 28 days, however should be done sooner)

Whatever option you choose, contact social media to action it. Instagram https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW).

O2 have massive problems with MyO2 at present and you may need customer services.

The Socal Media team are slow but are the best.

Try the following first

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app

Instead try the web version

https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall

If none of that works then

You can call O2 on 202

Or use the social media links below

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
