My mobile will not accept incoming calls or texts unless I dial out on my mobile first. This has been happening since O2 switch over from Virgin.

Do you still have a Virgin SIM?

If so call into an O2 shop with Photo ID and they will swap it there and then

If you order online O2 will disable your present SIM and you will be without until the new SIM arrives

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
