Hello. I got a new contract and kept my same number with o2 but I can not log into my o2 account on the app or the internet?

It can take up to 48hours for the account to be set up, @SkF89 - and some reports on here involving using a fresh e-mail address have worked. Otherwise you will have to persist with O2's Customer Support on 202 (Contract) or use Social Media via the ways in the link just below. 8am is usually a good time to call to minimise wait time on the phone.
