I am an 80 year old  OAP managing limited finances only to find this Dutch outfit has charged unwanted and non existent services to my O2 account. I have never knowingly signed up to Clickshakers B.V. yet these  I reported them as spam to O2 on SPAM@o2.com but no feedback, as requested by Dealzshake I messaged dealzshake (twice) to their 60133 to STOP and no response.

It is sad that these spammers are allowed to latch onto a private O2 account and charge for unsolicited services.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
