Hi, myself and wife were due to be ported in from BT today, hers has transferred but mine has not, still toggling between phones - what time does a transfer complete?

They usually complete by 6pm, however they can take up to 24hours to fully complete.

It can be worth contacting Customer Services on 202 from your o2 phone or via Social Media, send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
