Hi, I recently bought a new phone on O2 and I’m having some issues getting my old number transferred over. I’ve submitted the number transfer form 4/5 times now and I keep getting emails from Blueprism saying my request could not be completed because my security details were incorrect. On the security details section of the form it says that the password you put the 2nd and 3rd characters of in is the password you use to contact customer services, not the one you use to sign in to the O2 website/app. As far as I know, I only have a security question and a password for the app/website. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me where I’m going wrong, this is really frustrating as I can’t use my new phone until my old number is transferred to it!!

Login to your MyO2 and go to "your details"
Change the security word and save the changes, that way you know you are using the correct security word.

Login to your MyO2 and go to "your details"
Change the security word and save the changes, that way you know you are using the correct security word.
