Number not ported after 15 days

I’ve been waiting 15 days for my Virgin number to port to O2 and have spoken or chatted to O2 support almost every day. Still no solution in sight.  Anyone else having this problem and can anyone offer a solution?

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) or 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

I've been waiting 7 days, so i don't feel so bad now.  but yeah, sounds like im about to have the same experience as you.  i'll fetch the popcorn and put 202 on repeat dial for the next few weeks i guess
