Since 26/06/2023 everyone who’s trying to call me got information that „Number is not reconized”.
Today 19/08/2023 …no changes.
In first week I received new sim, tried all advices about checking on different devices, turning my phone and apple watch (same issue) on and off…
did not resolved o2 network problem
4 long conversations with customer service, technical support, sales… main info is „local mast problem” which is a lie because every week I’m working in different part of England (same issue)
I was told clearly that this is o2 network issue as I’m able to make calls, internet working fine… is all about not receiving calls („Number is not reconized”)
I was told by CS (4 times now) that someone will contact me. Still waiting.
o2 customer service ignoring this problem.
I’m still paying full price of contract.

Regretfully we are all customers here and there is no O2 staff at the moment
Customer Services saying someone will ring is one of their get you off the line tactics.
MIght be worth contacting via social media and keeping the thread for evidence if you need to take things further
