I recently moved over from an iPhone to a Google Pixel 9 Pro and ever since, whenever I call someone, my number is withheld. I have tried a different operator's SIM card in the phone and that number is not withheld. My phone app is set to "network default". I unfortunately have OCD and don't like having to change settings that should work on "default".
In my eyes there is a fault with my O2 settings/account seeing as the alternative SIM works in it properly. I have also even tried swapping SIMS but the issue is still there.
Can anyone suggest anything or help in any way?

You will need to reach out to o2 via any of the methods here Guide: How to find help & contact O2 as it sounds like like CLI has dropped off your account, if can and does happen.
Just ask them to add CLI back on..

You could try resetting your network settings to refresh the network connection.

Network settings have been reset a few times but that doesn't rectify it.

Will have to call them as O2 chat is rubbish and they just go through the script - have tried a few times and they ask the same questions every time

You'll likely get more sense from them if you message them on social media @CJ72
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I'll try that instead as there's quite often a language barrier between myself and O2 chat/customer services. Let's see if I get anywhere with them

Thanks for your help guys. I have been in touch with the social media team and have subsequently found out that I'm not the only one with the issue. It is something O2 are aware of and are working on a fix

@CJ72 Pixel Pro XL here and no problems
I'm sure we have other Pixel owners on here
If it was a problem with Pixel phones we would probably have heard about it
I would be very tempted to call into an O2 store with Photo ID and get a replacement SIM.
Some older SIM cards don't always play nice
