Number Transfer

Hi all

I've requested a number transfer using the online request form. It's a o2 payg to a o2 contract phone. Any ideas how long it takes? The brother says 24 hours but it's been 3 days

Theoretically 24hours (excluding weekends) but with O2 it could be anything
